Within just one year, we've successfully grown our exceptional team of developers, scaling up to 150 people. As we continue to expand, we are actively seeking talented individuals to join our team in the Malaga region, Spain. 

Working hybrid - 4 in the office and a day remote. 

The ideal candidate will have some years of hands-on experience in Software Engineering, with a solid understanding of the development lifecycle, industry-standard tools, and best practices. 

What we're looking for:

• 3 + years of experience as full stack Software Engineer, preferably with TS/Node.js/React stack

• Proven ability to design, develop, and deploy new services from the ground up

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal

• A strong interest or some experience in automation and process optimization

• Deep understanding of the application development lifecycle, including agile methodologies and best practices

• Genuine enthusiasm for the technologies and tools we use

Your role involves: 

• Work with multidisciplinary teams to develop software solutions

• Identify requirements, create specifications, and analyze business needs

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices

• Create and update technical documentation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements

• Improve software performance, scalability, and reliability

• Build and deploy cloud-based automated software
