Are you a data-driven, customer-focused professional with a passion for optimising player engagement?
As a CRM Lifecycle Specialist at Sisu Group, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing automated lifecycle programs that guide players through every stage of their journey-from onboarding and engagement to retention, reactivation, and win-back.
Your work will form the always-on strategic backbone of CRM, helping drive long-term player loyalty and supporting sustainable business growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business, or at least 2 years of relevant experience
A solid understanding of how players behave and how to manage their journey
Comfort working with data to find insights and turn them into actions
Clear communication skills and focus on the customer experience
The ability to stay organised and keep projects moving in a fast-paced environment
Experience using CRM platforms, email tools, and basic analytics software
It’s a plus if you have:
Familiarity with iGaming regulations and responsible gaming practices
You will be responsible for:
Creating CRM lifecycle strategies for onboarding, engagement, retention, reactivation, and win-back
Setting up automated journeys and triggers across email, SMS, and push notifications
Partnering with the CRM Campaigns Team to ensure lifecycle flows align with promotional activities and create a unified player experience
Working with the creative team to build personal and relevant content
Analysing player behavior, lifecycle trends, and campaign performance to identify opportunities for optimisation
Keeping an eye on KPIs (engagement, conversion, retention, churn, revenue) and recommending improvements based on data insights
Testing different ideas and messages to see what works best for our audience
Teaming up with product, marketing, and support to keep our goals aligned
Making sure all our communications stay safe and follow industry rules
Checking that our system logic and data tracking are working exactly as they should
Staying up to date on privacy laws and the best ways to communicate with players
