Community Specialist

We are looking for a high-energy Community Specialist to take full ownership of our global community channels. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the heartbeat of our project, acting as the primary bridge between our internal team and our growing user base. You will be responsible not just for maintaining the peace, but for actively engineering growth, driving activation through strategic incentives, and ensuring our community is the most vibrant and engaged space in the sector.
Your Skills and Experience:
Excellent English communication skills
Proven expertise in building, managing, and growing high-engagement online communities from the ground up
Know-how and industry experience in iGaming, Betting, and Sports
In-depth mastery of core community platforms: Discord (bot management, roles, security), Telegram (group administration, anti-spam), X, and relevant internet forums
Experience working with CRM and Back Office tools, as well as community activation platforms (Zealy, Galxe, Sweepwidget)
Strong networking ability to develop relationships with KOLs and community VIPs
Proven ability to produce and manage both online and offline events
Deep interest and expertise in at least one major sport
Nice to have:
Crypto and Web3 knowledge
eSports background (especially Counter-Strike)
Professional marketing or social media management experience
Your will be responsible for:
Own and grow our community across Discord, Telegram, and X. Keep the vibe welcoming, hype, and safe at all times
Take complete ownership of community growth. Launch campaigns, incentives, airdrops, and reward systems to bring in new members and wake up the quiet ones
Actively conceptualise, plan, and host regular online events, AMAs, contests, and unique interactive activities to keep the community engaged and retention high
Act as the main Point of Contact for community members on all channels. Answer questions, collect feedback, and handle FUD or tough moments calmly and confidently
Identify high-value community members to cultivate VIP programs. Develop and nurture strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and influencers to amplify our reach
Work closely with the Social Media team to keep messaging aligned and highlight community wins across social channels.
