As a Community Manager you’ll be the voice of our brands across social channels, creating and localising content, engaging directly with the community, and coming up with campaigns that get people talking and interacting. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands social communities, knows the LATAM audience, and enjoys being right in the middle of the action.

Your Skills and Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in Community Management, with hands-on experience managing communities across Meta, TikTok and Telegram. Experience with Discord is a plus

• Native-level Spanish with a strong understanding of regional nuances across Latin America, together with very good written and spoken English

• Strong copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and adapt messaging to different audiences and channels

• Experience creating and managing community campaigns, with a strategic and innovative approach to growing engagement and building communities

• Proactive and positive mindset, with the ability to work independently and take ownership

• University degree or equivalent relevant experience

Bonus Points:

• Understanding of the iGaming, sports betting, esports or online entertainment industries

• Experience working with local influencer networks and creative teams, including designers and video producers

• Experience with Meta Ads Manager or paid social amplification

Your will be responsible for:

• Take care of the day-to-day management and growth of our communities across Meta, Telegram, TikTok and Discord

• Prepare, publish and localise posts, stories and other social updates according to the content plan

• Monitor and respond to comments, DMs and mentions in a timely, engaging and authentic way

• Plan and execute contests, polls, giveaways and other interactive campaigns to grow the audience and drive daily engagement

• Collaborate with designers and video producers to make sure content is ready, on-brand and aligned with the campaign strategy

• Monitor key metrics such as follower growth, engagement and reach, and share insights with the team lead

• Follow local iGaming trends, competitors and social media activity to spot new content ideas, trends and campaign opportunities
