We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you’ll shape revenue and retention campaigns across three distinct brands: Epicbet (modern, sleek sportsbook/casino), ReSpin (calm, classic casino style), and Shokker (bold, loud, comic-style casino). Each brand has its own visual language and requires strict consistency.

You’ll work closely with marketing and product teams to maintain and evolve brand identity, bring fresh creative ideas, and deliver high-quality visuals that elevate overall campaign performance. This role suits someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and adapting quickly to shifting priorities.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), with a strong understanding of both digital (web, email, mobile) and offline (OOH, print, merchandise) production requirements

• Strong typography and layout skills, with a clear understanding of visual hierarchy and composition across different formats

• Proficiency in Figma, including creation of landing pages, banner sets, and working within established design systems (components, auto-layout, and scalable layouts)

• Experience with 3D tools (e.g. Blender or equivalent), including basic modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering of assets (sports / casino-related elements preferred)

• Hands-on experience with AI-driven tools, including prompt structuring and maintaining visual consistency for scalable creative output

• Understanding of UX/UI principles, enabling the creation of design assets that integrate seamlessly into product environments

• Knowledge of HTML5 animation, Lottie, or shape-based motion design is considered an advantage

• Experience working in fast-paced environments, managing multiple projects, and adapting to shifting priorities

Nice to have:

• Experience with banner management platforms (e.g. Bannerflow, Adform) is considered an advantage

Your will be responsible for:

• Creating campaign key visuals (primary focus) and adapting them across social media, programmatic banners, and occasionally OOH

• Designing engaging social media assets (static and motion) with strong typography hierarchy and clear, impactful messaging

• Producing programmatic banner sets (e.g. via Bannerflow workflow: core sizes + efficient QA of auto-resized formats)

• Working with AI-generated visuals and refining them into high-quality, production-ready creatives

• Developing strong visual concepts for large-scale campaigns (e.g. FIFA, NHL), ensuring clarity of idea and standout execution

• Collaborating closely with the marketing team to translate briefs into effective visuals that support acquisition and retention across digital channels (social, display, email)

• Delivering high-quality, consistent visuals that scale across channels, remain on-brand, and communicate clearly within seconds
